Happy New Year! The Spring 2025 cycle of Ferment’s Bread CSA will this coming Monday, January 13, and run for four months (Jan 9-Feb 7; Feb 10-Mar 7; Mar 10-Apr 4; Apr 7-May 2). This month’s baking schedule features a new loaf, the Wheat-Spelt-Semolina, that balances the flavors of the three grains in its name. The further January offerings are Ferment standards – Enjoy!
